Registration Fees
* BSc-, MSc and Diploma-students; not PhD-students
PhD’s who have no access to project based funding and/or who cannot get reimbursement of their registrations fees, are allowed to register as „students“. To apply for these special conditions please send a letter (email) to the conference office explaining the situation together with a signed certificate from the professor.
** Exhibitors who do not participate at the conference, please register as „invited participant“ besides the fees for the booth no additional fees apply. If you like participate at the conference dinner the regular dinner fee applies. Exhibitors who do like to participate at the conference, please subscribe on-line at the reduced rate for exhibitors.

Registration fees are due without deduction.
You will find the account details on the invoice, which you can download from your conference account. Credit card online
Once you have submitted your registration a link will appear on your account to allow you to process your credit card payment through a secured payment system set up for the conference, Worldline (Saferpay). Please note any credit card transaction will appear on your statement as

Your Account
After registering online your password and username allows you to access your account at any time, to view the details of your online registration, view your payment status, print an invoice or submit an abstract.
Attention: paper and poster submission! You must register as a participant and pay your registration fee prior to 05 July 2018 to have your oral paper or/and poster submission included in the Conference Booklet.
Cancellations are only accepted in written form by e-mail. Cancellations received before 10.08.2018 will receive a full refund, minus an administration charge of 40 Euro. Thereafter refunds will not be available.
